Scope includes reviewing the client’s design criteria, all architectural and MEP drawings, and the existing acoustic conditions; providing complete acoustic design of wall partitions, and room acoustics to meet the acoustic criteria; conducting site visits to guide the methodology of partition construction and ensuring compatibility with acoustic criteria; and conducting acoustic performance testing and certification per BS EN ISO 140-4:1998 & BS EN ISO 717 to establish conformance to design criteria (Nov. 2023 – Date).

Ikoyi, Lagos. Scope includes complete acoustics design of wall partition design for optimal acoustic performance, room acoustic design, provision of acoustic drawings, material estimation for acoustic performance, fit-out supervision for acoustic performance, acoustical testing, and certification per BS EN ISO 140-4:1998 & BS EN ISO 717 (Sep. 2023 – date).

Scope includes design solution for reverberation challenges within the gymnasium and installation of acoustical solutions proposed (April 2023 – date). Noise impact assessment for FMA Architects on proposed Data Centres in Victoria Island and Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, NIGERIA. An environmental noise study to assess the initial noise climate of the proposed data center areas. AISE provided comprehensive noise reports with appropriate charts showing the impact of prevailing noise sources within the surrounding areas of the subject sites during the daytime and nighttime (July – Aug. 2022).

Ikoyi, Lagos. Client required independent in-situ preand post- remedial sound insulation investigation of office partitions to fix cross-talk issues between the meeting rooms, reception area and open office. Methodology conforms to BS EN ISO 140-4:1998 & BS EN ISO 717 (Aug – Dec. 2022).

Integration of state-of-the-art glass barrier/windows intercom system for a 28-window interview stations of the United States of America Consulate Lagos, Nigeria, for its VISA services. Design features the IV-5/M complete windows duplex intercom system from Union Desarrollos Electronicos S.A. (UDE) and TWO Integrated Paging System for TWO Waiting Areas using distributed 100V 6.5” coaxial ceiling speakers. The duplex system has glass-mount microphone modules installed on both the applicant and interviewer sides of each window, control stations installed in each window and compact wall-mount loudspeaker. Each window had a paging desk with zone selection features, and all paging desks were daisy chained together by UDE proprietary bus system. The system was commissioned in July 2016.

Services for proposed auditorium of World International Sacred Peace Movement. Design includes simulation of speaker position, line source array SPL mapping, subwoofer system SPL mapping, mechanical data presentation and schematics, audio routing schematics, power requirement and distribution for audio system, design of digital mixer for separate Front-Of-House, fold-back and broadcast mixes with a 5- way digital split connected via multimode fiber optics cabling and an all-digital AES/EBU signal path.
